ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
We accept orders via our online Order
Form, email, or regular
mail. After browsing the current pricelist choose the Order Form option and
list your choices. If you plan to purchase several items you can choose the Order via email button and
then minimize the email box (or simply keep it open on your screen if your monitor is
large enough) and add to it as you go through the pricelist.
You can also choose to open the Order
Form in a separate browser window which can then be minimized and accessed as needed.
Please be very specific and include the entire Stamp
number. Many copies of each stamp are usually available so be sure to view
all the choices and pick one in particular. Your order will be confirmed via return
email or regular mail within 48 hours.
Be sure to include your name, full mailing address, and phone
number.

READING THE PRICELIST:
Stamp #
Make your selection by Stamp #, not Scott #. The suffix at the end of the Stamp #
points to the specific stamp that you have picked out. For example, if there are
currently four examples of a specific stamp available they might all be denoted as Scott
#154, but they would each have a unique Stamp #, e.g., #154.1, 154.2, etc
Varieties
Varieties noted in the descriptions are as described in the Ma, Chan or Williams
catalogues. They are not freaks or oddities, but are consistent varieties that are
recognized as collectible by serious philatelists. Some of these catalogues as well
as other China stamp reference materials are available directly from us from our Publications page.
Condition
All stamps are F - VF (fine - very fine) or better, usually VF or
XF (extremely fine). All unused stamps have OG (original gum), and most are NH
(never-hinged), with exceptions noted. All used stamps are described clearly as
such.
PRICES:
Scott prices are from the 2005 Standard Postage Stamp Catalogue.
Market Prices (H) and (NH) are from dealer pricelists. Varieties that
are not often found in dealer pricelists are priced by extrapolation from specialized
catalogues. The actual prices in these catalogues are outdated, and are not used;
instead we have used their relative values to extrapolate the basic Market Price into a
specialized Market Price.
Our Price is a percentage of Market Price, depending on condition.
We usually keep Our Price below Market Price, even if (and this often happens) the
condition of our stamp is better that that offered at the Market Price
